Surprise in the "Classico" penalties of Al-Wahda and Al-Ain .. It can be written off on condition

An official source revealed to "Emirates Today" a surprise in the punishment of the Disciplinary Committee of the Emirates Football Association, which was taken by the committee today, Tuesday, against the background of the El Clasico match that brought the two teams together in the 19th round of the Professional League.

The source said that Al Wahda and Al Ain Club have the right to play in front of their fans, despite the decision of the Disciplinary Committee to ban each of them from playing four matches at their stadium without the presence of their fans, following the riots that accompanied the two teams' match last Saturday.

The source, who requested that his name be mentioned, clarified that this is achieved in the event that each of them applies and pays an amount of 200,000 dirhams because there is a legal text allowing the replacement of the ban penalty with a financial amount, with an official request for this being submitted to the Disciplinary Committee, which has the right to accept or reject the request.
