Min-seon Kim, the sprinter of the women's speed skating team, won a surprise bronze medal at the 2021-2022 International Skating Union (ISU) Speed Skating World Cup Final.

Minseon Kim took third place in the women's 500m second race held in Heirenbein, the Netherlands today (13th) with a time of 37.587.

This is the first time Kim Min-sun has won a medal in an individual event on the Senior World Cup stage.

He broke her first 100m record in 10.51, which was her fifth overall, but managed to win her prize by running the rest of the 400m in a good 27.07.

She defeated Minseon Kim and Nao Kodaira of Japan (5th place in 37 seconds 707), the gold medalist in that event at the 2018 Pyeongchang Winter Olympics.

The gold medalist Erin Jackson of the United States (37.324), the gold medalist at the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympics, took the silver medal by Brittany Bo of the United States (37.558).

The difference between Kim Min-sun and Bo is only 0.029 seconds.

Kim Min-sun is a leading player in the Korean women's ice skating team since her retirement.

He stood out, setting a junior world record of 37.78 seconds in the women's 500m in the fourth round of the 2017-2018 World Cup, which he competed in December 2017.

At the time, Min-sun Kim broke the world junior record held by Lee Sang-hwa (her retirement) and she was even recognized as the 'successor' by Lee Sang-hwa.

However, she did not do well in every international competition that Min-sun Kim competed in after her.

She finished 7th in the women's 500m at the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympics and unfortunately failed to win a medal.

Kim Min-sun was the only Korean athlete to compete in this event, and she suffered bad luck during the women's 500m first race on the 12th.

She got tangled in her steps and lost her balance on the first curve.

He finished last out of 13 players.

However, in the women's 500m second race held the next day, Kim Min-sun forgot her mistake the day before and achieved the best result.

Minseon Kim added 96 of her World Cup points to a total of 388 points, finishing this season as 6th in the women's 500m world rankings.
