Saigo, who won the tour for the first time in the opening round of the previous week, Nozomi Uetake, who was the top player on the previous day, Rio Ishii, and Kotone Hori, came in second place with a one-stroke difference.
Last season's prize money queen, Mone Inami, was in 32nd place with a total of 4 under.
