In addition to Walter Wallberg, there were three other Swedes who advanced from the round of 16, Ludvig Fjällström, Oskar Elofsson and Felix Elofsson.

But it was Wallberg who did his best.

Wallberg took third place after he went out against Ikuma Horishima, it became the Swede's fifth podium for the season.

"It's always fun with the podium but frustrating against Ikuma.

I was a bit late in the start, then I tried to let go over the steep part and it was a bit tactless maybe.

But I am still learning ", says Wallberg in a press release.

The second best Swede was Ludvig Fjällström with a fourth place.

Felix Elofsson was tenth and Oskar Elofsson finished 16th.

Walter Wallberg is currently in third place in the overall World Cup in humpback with 503 points and Ludvig Fjällström is fifth with 351 points.

Oskar Elofsson is in 17th place and Felix Elofsson is in 18th place.

One in the overall World Cup in humpback is Mikael Kingsbury with 872 points and second is Ikuma Horishima with 780 points.

The last World Cup competition in humpback pistes will take place on March 18-19 in Megève, France.
