Al Wahda Club fined 30 thousand dirhams for “cards”

The Disciplinary Committee of the Emirates Football Association held its meeting yesterday, headed by Counselor Saeed Al-Houti, with the participation of Hamdan Al-Zyoudi, Vice Chairman of the Committee, Hassan Al-Shaibani, Abdullah Al-Hammadi and Salman Al-Taweel, members of the Committee, and Shadi Medhat as Rapporteur.

The committee examined the referee’s report for the match between Al-Ahly youth and Al-Wahda teams in the ADNOC Professional League competition, and decided to impose a fine on Al-Wahda Club (thirty thousand dirhams), for obtaining six yellow cards per match for its players.

The committee reviewed the reports of the referee and the match observer that brought together the Masfoot and Al Hamriya teams in the first division competition. The committee issued a warning penalty to Masfoot coach Abdul Ghani Noah Abdullah and fined him an amount of four thousand dirhams for uttering the referee in inappropriate words. It also decided to prevent the administrator of Masfoot Khalifa Al Kaabi team from Accompanying his team for two matches, and a fine of six thousand dirhams for the same reason, and the committee punished the Al-Jazira Al-Hamra club with a warning penalty for violating the match operations protocol, and imposed a fine on both Dibba Al-Hisn and Al-Arabi Clubs of (twenty-five thousand dirhams), for their fans throwing plastic bottles at each other and exchange inappropriate phrases.

The Disciplinary Committee imposed a fine on the Liwa team in the second division competition of five hundred dirhams, for not entering the colors of the match teams on the electronic system of the Football Association.

The committee decided to impose a fine on Al-Bataeh Club in the U-17 Youth League competition, amounting to two thousand dirhams, for obtaining eight cards per match for its players.
