Yesterday, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, witnessed the 119-kilometre women's race at the opening of the Mohammed bin Rashid Endurance Festival in Dubai International Endurance City, with the participation of 89 knights from various stables and equestrian clubs in the country.
His Highness continued that the Argentine jockey Camila Rodriguez won the title, after she came in first place on the horse "Apandomes Rockabilly" owned by "F3 Stables", although she came in ninth place in the first stage and fell to 11th place in the second stage, and continued its decline by the time 17th place in the third stage, before jumping to the top in the fourth stage, while Argentine jockey Maria Santina came in second place on the horse "Tunque de Po Barista" owned by "F3 Stables", followed by Argentine jockey Cecilia Garcia on the third place. On horseback, Pelete de Pignon, owned by M7 Stables.
As for the stages of the race, the Argentine jockey Julia Spilanzon led the first stage for a distance of 40 km, after she came in first place on the horse "Bamboo" owned by "M7 Stables", recording a time of 1:25:40 hours, and she followed in second place The Spanish jockey Bruna Pugols on the horse "Lamar" owned by "M7 Stables" recorded a time of 1:25:52 hours, and Chilean jockey Catalina Lawrence came in third place on the horse "Junior" owned by "Jumeirah Stables" with a time of 1 :25:57 hours.
Chilean jockey Catalina Lawrence advanced to the lead in the second stage for a distance of 32 km, after recording a time of 1:11:29 hours, and Argentine jockey Martina Spilanzon jumped from sixth to second place on the horse "Antar" owned by "M7 Stables" in a time A time of 1:11:42 hours, while the leader of the first stage of the Argentine jockey, Julia Spilanzon, fell to third place with a time of 1:12:09 hours.
Chilean jockey Catalina Lawrence maintained the lead in the third stage for a distance of 27 km, recording a time of 1:05:34 hours.
