- Now maybe I can take a leadership role for the other girls.

I have a lot of knowledge and experience and I hope to be involved in a small way even if I will not have the number tag on me, says 33-year-old Johaug to SVT Sport.

She sees helping Sweden to success on the ski tracks as a personal insult.

- Are you mad?

exclaims Johaug after that question.

Could long distance running be interesting to you?

- No, it's not something I have in mind.

Next year I will not spend time on long distance races but maybe I will want to jump in and run a race and have the number plate on me again, I can imagine that but there will be no investment.

Laughs at the comeback question

Will there be a comeback in the World Cup?

- We'll see, haha.

People make comebacks, don't they?

says Johaug first to SVT and then develops the reasoning for NRK.

At the press conference after the three-mile race on Saturday, Johaug revealed more about his future dreams.

- I want to be a mother in the future.

Life is more than just skiing.

Now I give myself plenty of time to start a family.

After four Olympic golds and 14 World Cup golds, Johaug has achieved a considerable amount of highlights during his career.

What was the biggest moment of your career?

- It has been a lot but the first international victory with the World Cup gold here in Kollen 2011 was big and it was also great to be able to finish as a winner in Beijing and take my first three individual Olympic golds that I have longed for so long.

These are probably the two biggest highlights of my career.

I can look back on a ski life that others can only dream of.

Had Therese Johaug in 2011 believed in a trip like this?

- I could not have believed it in my wildest imagination and it was fantastic to be able to finish in this way on the same date as 2011.
