After falling the day before during the descent, skier Marie Bochet made up for it on Sunday March 6 by winning silver in the Super-G (standing category) of the Paralympic Games in Beijing.
Aged 28, the native of Chambéry finished behind the surprising Chinese Zhang Mengqiu.
"This medal has a little taste of gold!", reacted Marie Bochet after the race because "the Chinese was difficult to get".
"I had to bounce back after yesterday, I had a little pressure (...) Today, I have the silver medal, I'm happy."
Boom!
🥈 This medal does good!
