Yesterday, Linköping secured second place in the SDHL, when they defeated Luleå 4-1 in the team's ninth straight victory match.

Today it looked like the tenth straight victory would come, as they led 2-0 at home against Modo after two periods of play.

"We play well"

But after a nice third period by Modo, it was suddenly 3-2 to the guests.

- We play good hockey for 60 minutes and I think that 2-0 to them after two periods is a bit unfair.

We create, have good control of the game and play really good hockey.

What we missed were the goals, but before the last I pressed for the puck bastard to go in and then we go out and just drum on.

I am very proud of the team and that we stick to what we talked about and just grind on, says Modo's coach Björn Edlund to Mittmedia.
