Therese Johaug won in the last race of her career on Norwegian soil.

Behind the Finn Krista Pärmäkoski took second place and Jonna Sundling took an impressive third place.

Sundling, who so far in her career has had the greatest successes in sprint, also showed at the Olympics three miles that the capacity is on longer distances when she became four.

- I am very impressed with what she did this winter with the introduction she had, she has been so extremely superior in sprint, in addition, she has developed as a distance skier now, says SVT's expert Anders Blomquist.

He also believes that the tracks were decisive when Jonna rode well on the distance, which indicates capacity.

- She has managed to develop a higher speed and higher speed than anyone else in the world has right now.

She's had speed, but she's gotten better at endurance, but this now and the three miles at the Olympics, it's not just any race, they's tough.

Did you think during the race that it would last all the way to a podium?

- Yes, after seeing her this year, I have had an expectation that she will develop.

I might have wanted to see her get another chance at longer distances at the Olympics, the form she had was very good, but I thought she would ride well even today.
