Lv Yansong, deputy director of the Central Propaganda Department, introduced that this is the first time a white paper has been published on the development of sports for the disabled.
Lv Yansong pointed out that national development promotes the progress of disabled people's sports, and mass sports activities for disabled people are widely carried out.
All kinds of disabled people regularly participate in national disabled sports activities such as "National Special Olympics Day", "Disabled Fitness Week" and "Disabled Snow Sports Season" every year.
Since 2016, the "Disabled Persons Ice and Snow Sports Season" has been held for six consecutive years to build a platform for disabled people to participate in ice and snow sports, and to encourage disabled people to participate in "300 million people participating in ice and snow sports".
