The fifth day of the World Bow and Arrow Championships in Dubai witnessed Turkish-Russian control, after the brilliance of the two teams. The Russians won five medals, including two gold, two silver, and one bronze, while the Turks won four medals, two gold and two silver.

The finals of the visual impairment competition resulted in Belgium winning the gold medal, leaving the silver to Pakistan, while the bronze went to Italy.

In the "W1" women's doubles competition, the gold went to Russia, while Turkey got the silver, and the Turkish team grabbed the gold in the "W1" men's doubles category, followed by the Russian second, and the Czech third.

In the men's mixed W1 competition, the Russian team won the gold, the silver returned to Italy, and the bronze to the Czech Republic.

In W1 men, gold and silver went to Turkey, and bronze to the Czech Republic.

The women's W1 gold returned to America, while Turkey won silver, and Russia won bronze.

The Secretary-General of the Executive Council of the Emirate of Dubai, Abdullah Mohammed Al Basti, said in a press statement, after witnessing some of the fifth day's competitions, that "Dubai is the most suitable place to host the championships for People of Determination", expressing his happiness with the presence of the champions of 40 countries in this important global event.

He added that the "Dubai World Cup" brought together the "will" champions who compete in a sport based on precision, focus and high fitness, and stressed that "the Dubai government supports programs and activities for people of determination that develop their capabilities and achieve comprehensive integration."

He described the organization of the World Cup as wonderful, and thanked the organizing committee.

After the end of the fifth day's competitions, Majid Al-Osaimi, director of the World Cup, Hassan Al-Mazrouei, member of the organizing committee, Hassan Al-Hammadi, head of the technical committee, and Ali Raouf, technical advisor to the Dubai Club for People of Determination, honored the international referees participating in the Dubai edition.
