Liverpool won the English Football League Cup after beating Chelsea 11-10 on penalties, after a 0-0 draw in the regular and then extra time on Sunday.
All Liverpool players scored the penalty shootout, and Chelsea managed to score the first ten kicks, before the substitute goalkeeper Kepa Arrizabalaga, who participated in the last moments, wasted the ball high.
The two teams played an exciting and even match, and four goals were canceled due to offside amid mutual attacks from the two teams, and the players of both teams missed a large number of easy opportunities.

After 21 successful kicks, the substitute Chelsea goalkeeper threw the ball high, to win Liverpool the first local cup under the leadership of German coach Jurgen Klopp, and is unique in the record number of League Cup titles.
Liverpool set a record as the team that won the most English League Cup with 9 titles.
