It was at yesterday's training that Moa Lundgren fell and received herself with her knees.

This morning came the news that she can not compete in the World Cup competitions in Lahti, Finland.

- We judged it as a minor injury yesterday.

Now she is still in pain and she has traveled home by plane.

It is still too early for me to say anything, but further medical examinations are required to be able to determine what really happened, says Lars Öberg, length manager at the Swedish Ski Association, to SVT Sport.

Is the damage worse than you feared?

- That analysis has not been done.

But as I said, she is in pain and is prevented from going 100 percent.

And if you want to run a world cup in cross-country skiing, then you have to be 100 percent.

Then it's not enough to be 90.

Lundgren, who thus traveled home to Sweden, has pain in her hip flexors and knees and will be examined when she lands in Sweden.

- She will be examined as soon as she comes home to Sweden.

So that she finds out what is the cause of the pain she feels, says Öberg.
