On the 25th, the UEFA-European Football Association has decided to change the venue for the European Champions League final, which was scheduled to be held in Russia in May, to France.

This season's European Champions League final was scheduled for May 28th in St. Petersburg, Russia.

However, following the military invasion of Ukraine by Russia, the UEFA held an extraordinary meeting on the 25th and decided to change the venue of the final to Saint-Denis near Paris, France.

The Russian and Ukrainian club teams and national teams participating in the UEFA tournament have also decided to hold a home match in a central location for the time being.

Rugby game cancellation cases

In the sports world, games are being postponed or canceled one after another, which seems to be the result of Russia's invasion of Ukraine.

According to Rugby Europe, the match between Georgia and Russia in the European Championship, which was scheduled to be held in Tbilisi, Georgia on the 27th to qualify for next year's Rugby World Cup, has been postponed.

Rugby Europe has issued a statement on its homepage stating, "We will take into account the current situation and protect the health and safety of all athletes and stakeholders."
