Bugacher won the red shirt, sponsored by (International Holding Company), for the leader of the tour at the end of the fourth stage (Berjeel Medical City), with a total time of 14:02:34 hours, just two seconds ahead of the Italian Filippo Gana, of the Ineos team, who maintained the position Second in the general standings for the second stage in a row, with Vlasov advancing to third place, 13 seconds behind Bogacher.


As for Adam Yates, one of the most prominent competitors for the title of the UAE Tour 2022, he advanced from tenth place to fourth place in the standings, 15 seconds behind the first, behind him by the American Nelson Paulis, and the Portuguese Joao Almeida from the Emirates team.
