“Competitions of the World Cup in cross-country skiing are currently held in accordance with the calendar of the World Cup,” Match TV quoted the FIS press service as saying.
At the same time, it is noted that the FIS is closely monitoring the situation in Ukraine.
“If there is a change in the status of any upcoming FIS event, this will be officially announced,” the organization added.
In Tyumen, from March 18 to 20, the final stage of the World Cup in cross-country skiing should take place.
Earlier, the FIS said that the shortening of the marathon at the Olympics was not the result of pressure from Norway.
