The Egyptian star Mohamed Salah was praised after he reached a new individual achievement by scoring 150 goals for Liverpool in all competitions during the 3-1 victory over Norwich City in the English Premier League yesterday, Saturday.

Salah became the second fastest player in Liverpool's history to reach this number after Roger Hunt, and Sadio Mane scored against Norwich with a wonderful back kick, and newcomer Luis Diaz also scored.

Salah comments and Klopp praises him

“Of course I am happy to score 150 goals, I am always proud to score for this club, and the most important thing is to win matches, which we did today,” Salah said of this achievement.

After the match, Liverpool coach Jurgen Klopp was asked about Salah's best goals, and the German coach said, "Today's goal was great, to be honest."

"I remember the goal against Chelsea when he went inside and shot an amazing shot in the top corner, and I remember some goals after great dribbles, like the goal against City and the goal against Watford. I love his goal against (Manchester) United very much."

"I don't remember all the 150 goals, but I do remember a lot of them, there were a lot of great goals, maybe his first goal against Watford was his easiest since he came here."

"No one expected on that day - when he scored against Watford - that it would be possible to add 149 more goals, this is really exceptional," Klopp continued.

These individual achievements of Salah may put positive pressure on the Liverpool administration, which is reluctant to respond to his financial requests in the negotiations to renew his contract with the club.

The official account of the Liverpool club on the communication sites praised Salah with many publications and tweets, the funniest of which was his invocation of a verse from the Diwan of Antara bin Shaddad to praise Salah after his 150th goal.

And victory is from those who sit with him without backing away.. and happiness and turnout from his helpers ❤️

Klopp praises Diaz

On the other hand, Klopp also praised his player Diaz, who scored the third goal after he was unique in Norwich's goal and hit a slipping ball skillfully into the net to seal the victory.

"We have seen now in two games that when Lewis plays - whether as a starter or as a substitute - he shows great, today he made a tremendous effort and scored a difficult goal," the German coach said.

"He is very talented, he is a very good player, I think he is very happy tonight, and he deserves it."

The attacking trio's success in scoring comes at a wonderful time for coach Klopp, especially with the injuries of Diego Jota and Roberto Firmino.

Liverpool reduced the difference with leaders Manchester City to 6 points, and Klopp's team has one game postponed.
