Sweden made its best Winter Olympics of all time with 18 medals, of which eight gold.
Never before has a nation taken so many golds at a winter game as Norway did this year.
However, Norway did not reach the record in the number of medals, 39, which they achieved in Pyeongchang four years ago.
It ended with 37 medals in Beijing for Norway.
Eight gold to Sweden
Germany is second in the medal league with twelve gold and 27 medals in total and the home nation China is third with nine gold and 15 medals in total.
Sweden came in fifth place in the medal league, after eight golds and 18 medals in total.
It is a placement better than in the 2018 Olympics.
The Russian team took the second most medals, 32, but only finished in ninth place in the medal league because they only took six gold.
