The World Karate League in Fujairah concludes with 12 competitions

The World Karate League competitions will be concluded tomorrow, Sunday, which will be hosted by Fujairah in the Zayed Sports Complex under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Hamad Al Sharqi, Crown Prince of the Emirate of Fujairah, by holding the finals of the kata and kumite competitions for men and women 

The final day of the championship will witness the finals of 12 competitions: men's and women's singles kata and women's kumite competitions - weights 50, 55, 61, 68, + 68 kg, and men's competitions - weights 60, 67, 75, 84, over 84 kg.


For his part, Chairman of the Organizing Committee, Brigadier General Ahmed Hamdan Al-Zeyoudi, said in a press statement: "Fujairah has become the capital of self-defense sports, in addition to the series of successes of major tournaments hosted by the emirate, which reflects the confidence of the International Karate Federation and its choice of the Emirate of Fujairah to hold this global event."
