A Spanish court has announced that the former Cameroonian star and current president of the Football Association, Samuel Eto'o, is the father of a 22-year-old Spanish girl, and the court also ordered him to pay a allowance to her despite his failure to admit it.
According to the British newspaper "The Mirror", Court No. 83 in the capital, Madrid, ruled that Erica de Rosario Neves is the daughter of the Cameroon football legend, who did not attend any sessions of the trial.
And Adelusa (girlfriend of the Cameroonian star) gave birth in a Madrid hospital in 1999 when Eto'o was on loan from Real Madrid to Espanyol.

4 years ago, she filed the lawsuit and presented evidence to prove that Erika was indeed Ito's daughter.
The court ruled in favor of Adelusa and Erica.
As a result, Eto'o has to pay €1,400 per month to Erika in retrospect to the decision going back to 2018 when the lawsuit began.
Ito later married his girlfriend Georgette in 2007 and they have 4 children.

Eto'o - who was elected president of his country's Football Association in December 2021 - is one of the best African players in the history of football, as he won two Champions League titles with Barcelona and Inter Milan, and scored 427 goals in his career with the club and the national team.
