Egypt's request is answered in the African Union before facing Senegal

The Confederation of African Football "CAF" responded to the request of the Egyptian Federation to amend the date of the upcoming match between Egypt and Senegal in the decisive stage qualifying for the 2022 World Cup, and decided to delay the start of the return match by 24 hours.

The Egyptian Federation said in a statement that it had submitted a request to delay the return match in Dakar due to its proximity to the first leg in Cairo, and the CAF approved the request.

The return match will be held in Dakar on its new date, Tuesday, March 29, at 19:00 Emirates time, while the first leg will be held in Cairo on March 25 (21:30 Emirates time).
