It looked worst for 28-year-old Kong Fanyu.
The Chinese - who took the Olympic bronze in 2018 - landed completely wrong and hit her head on the hill.
Managed unharmed
She slipped into the snow, but got up quickly and offered a soothing laugh.
- It is strong of her, to be able to get up after such a crash and offer a smile, says the commentator.
CNN reports that she did not injure herself in connection with the crash.
Fanyu came last in the final.
Xu Mengtao, also from China, won before second place Hanna Huskova (Belarus) and Nick Megan (USA).
