According to Al-Masry Al-Youm newspaper, the Egyptian ambassador revealed: “I contacted the airport director at two in the morning, I called him 10 times, until he answered, and I informed him of the problem. without going through the airport terminal.

He added: "I spoke with Salah, while he was at the airport, and I told him that we trust them and they will compensate us in the two matches of Senegal in the World Cup qualifiers."
