In the English Premier League, Heung-Min Son and Hee-Chan Hwang played head-to-head, and Hwang Hee-Chan's team, Wolverhampton, defeated Tottenham.

Tottenham Hotspur's Son Heung-min started out and diligently covered the ground full-time, but failed to score an attacking point.

In the 16th minute of the first half, a shot that penetrated the right headed straight to the goalkeeper, and a sharp free kick in the 22nd minute of the second half was blocked by a defensive wall.

A Korean derby between Son Heung-min and the two national strikers took place as Hee-chan Hwang, who had recovered from his thigh injury, was replaced in the 36th minute of the second half.

It is the first time in four years since Heung-Min Son and Cheong-Yong Lee met in 2018, the first match between Korean players in the Premier League.

The match ended in a 2-0 win for Wolverhampton, who scored two goals in the first half alone.

Tottenham, who lost their third consecutive league title, fell to 8th and Wolverhampton moved up to 7th.
