[Beijing Winter Olympics] Marbury: I hope people will show their best in the "city of double Olympics"
On February 11, the release ceremony of the series of micro-videos of "Foreign Leaders Climbing the Great Wall" was held at the 2022 Beijing News Center.
It is reported that the production team selected 15 foreign leaders from 14 countries and 15 foreign leaders who had interesting stories on the Great Wall from more than 520 heads of state and government who climbed the Great Wall, collected historical data and images, and formed 15 episodes of micro-videos.
Show the charm of the ancient capital for thousands of years, and convey the common wish of human peace and friendship.
At the event, Stephen Marbury, head coach of Beijing Enterprises Basketball Club and honorary citizen of Beijing, sent his blessings through a video. He recalled his first time on the Great Wall.
The Beijing Winter Olympics are underway, and Marbury hopes that people from all over the world can take this opportunity to learn about Beijing, understand Chinese culture, and show their best selves in Beijing, the "city of double Olympics".
