How do you get the Haya card?

Obtaining a “Haya” card is the responsibility of the Qatari government, and it only needs a valid Qatari ID if you are Qatari or residing in the country, or a valid passport if you are a fan coming from outside Qatar, along with a purchased ticket number.

To purchase a ticket, applicants must provide personal information: full name, date of birth, nationality, passport or Qatari card number, country of residence, residential address, contact details (e-mail, mobile number, and landline number), and the language chosen.

The "Haya" card will be available to every fan as soon as his request is accepted by the Qatari government as a digital card on the "Haya" application or as a physical card that can be obtained later. This card will allow its holder to enter the State of Qatar several times, provided that he holds a valid passport recognized by the state. .

The card holder will not be required to show the precaution of the official application to track contacts of Covid-19 in the State of Qatar, especially since the local authorities will work to establish health rules and protocols in order to ensure a safe experience and maintain the safety of everyone who will attend the World Cup, and all attendees will have to follow the travel instructions that issued by the state.

Also, in order to try to reduce the incidence of infectious diseases (Covid-19), the International Football Association “FIFA” (FIFA) can impose rules and protocols on ticket holders that prevent them from attending matches if they do not agree to and abide by them, and the FIFA Ticket Center will inform all holders of tickets. Tickets via email with any rules and protocols enacted within this framework.

After the end of the first sales phase of the Qatar World Cup and the submission of more than 17 million ticket requests, all requests will be pending by the FIFA Ticketing Company, as the company is currently comparing the requests submitted with the ticket products available for the match or category that are offered to the local or international market.

In the event that the requests exceed the supply - which is confirmed by the application numbers currently - the FIFA Ticketing Company will conduct a random selection draw in the manner it deems appropriate, to determine the applicants to whom tickets have been allocated, including by reserving a certain percentage of tickets for random allocation between certain categories of applicants and markets (eg, based on applicants' country of residence), and its decisions are final in all matters relating to the random selection.

If the requests for tickets do not exceed the displayed quantity, the relevant tickets will be allocated to the relevant applicants subject to full payment, but this has become impossible in light of the number of requests exceeding 17 million ticket requests.

After random raffles are conducted, the FIFA Ticket Center will notify ticket applicants via e-mail with the outcome of their ticket applications as of March 8th.

Each ticket application can be completely successful with allocating all the required tickets, partially successful with allocating only part of the tickets, or unsuccessful without allocating any tickets. By email.
