The famous Dutch club Ajax Amsterdam chose Dubai as the launch pad for its football academy, which aims to create a new generation of creatives in the world of football, thus making Dubai the first stop for Dutch football schools in the region.
The Dutch club Ajax and the International Inventors Schools Group in Dubai announced, in a press conference, that the school will be the strategic partner of the football academy for the club in Dubai and the region, due to its great capabilities, infrastructure, equipped stadiums and logistics services at the highest level of efficiency, which will ensure the success of the academy. In Dubai, which helps it achieve its desired goals, including making the International Innovators Schools in Dubai a center for football development in the region.
The agreement was signed by Poonam Bhojani, CEO of Innoventures Educational Group, and George Kazianis, CEO of the Academy, in the presence of a number of officials from the educational and sports sectors in the country.
For her part, CEO of Innoventures Education Group, Poonam Bhojani, said: "The Ajax Dubai Academy will start the training program during the second semester at three innovation sites: Dubai International Academy in Al Barsha, Dubai International Academy in Emirates Hills, and Raffles International Academy."
She added, "The Academy plans to invest with the school to continue developing the facilities, so that Inventors Schools will become a hub for youth football and the development of sports."
On the other hand, Ajax Dubai Academy CEO George Kazianis said, "The world-famous Ajax Amsterdam academies are known for building legends, not buying them, and we see a huge opportunity with Innovator to develop leaders, talented people and their colleagues in the future."
He continued, "The Ajax Dubai Academy will work closely with schools to include the Dutch club's philosophy in the curriculum and provide a wide range of additional opportunities for its students and community, including participation in international tours and tournaments, training seminars, and the creation of teams to participate in local tournaments."
