The national soccer team's defender Hong Chul tested positive for COVID-19, and the Bentuho, ahead of the Qatar World Cup final qualifiers, has an emergency.

Hong Chul, who arrived in Dubai, United Arab Emirates for the final qualifier with Syria, tested positive for coronavirus twice at the airport.

As a result, all national teams will undergo PCR testing and will be quarantined until the test results are available.

Future schedules, including training scheduled for today (29th) in Dubai, have been put on hold.

Bentuho will play the 8th World Cup qualifier against Syria in Dubai on February 1, the Lunar New Year.
