Surprise from Zagitova

The last days turned out to be extremely eventful for Alina Zagitova.

At the moment, the skater is actively preparing to work at the Olympic Games, during which viewers will be able to see her on the air of Channel One.

The girl posted on Instagram a post from filming in the studio and promised to give the fans a "pleasant surprise".

But despite her busy schedule, she managed to visit the Japanese embassy in Russia and meet Ambassador Kozuki Toyohisa.

Of course, the athlete could not help but take with her her favorite dog of the Akita Inu breed named Masaru, which was presented to her by Japanese breeders in the spring of 2018.

Sharing emotions with subscribers, Zagitova called Japan an amazing country and admitted that she was her huge fan.

“The evening passed sincerely, at home.

Dinner included my favorite Japanese dishes… And, of course, our meeting couldn't have been without Masaru!

As many people know, she and I found each other thanks to Japan.

The ambassador also enjoyed spending time with her, and Masaru was clearly delighted, ”wrote Zagitova.

Bag contents

No less interesting was Alina's interview with Vogue magazine, in which she told what can be found in her purse.

As a result, the long list included sunglasses bought in Mexico, a diary, a small compact wallet, headphones, "sweets" from Japan, a cosmetic bag, mini-talismans, lipstick, a phone, house keys and many other things.

“I have a small bag in my bag, also in case there is an event in the evening.

There I have everything I need.

The passport is in a red cover, because I'm afraid of losing it.

A few photos from my photo shoot lie.

Car keys, such an interesting keychain in the form of sakura, ”admitted the skater.

Earlier, Evgenia Medvedeva became a guest of the publication, who answered the same question.

It turned out that she carries much less with her, but there was also a place for unexpected items, for example, buckwheat tea and a souvenir in the form of a kitten.

By the way, on the eve of the Olympic Games, the two-time world champion herself managed not only to work at the junior championship of Russia as a commentator, but also to take part in the charity day of the Konstantin Khabensky Foundation.

Resonant autobiography of Zhulin

The well-known coach Alexander Zhulin also tried himself in an unusual role.

The 1993 World Champion, together with Maya Usova, wrote an autobiography, the book was published under the title “Dancing on the Ice of Life.

I know everything about love ... ".

To intrigue subscribers, he posted a short excerpt on Instagram.

“We tried to convey in the dance and sex, and unbridledness, and love, in general, to be different.

I must admit, we more or less coped with the brushes, it was more difficult with the eyebrows - you can beat the hell out of a Russian person, genetics, ”the specialist wrote.

In the coach's book, serious attention is paid not only to his sports career, but also to his personal life.

Frankness was not to the taste of all fans of figure skating.

Some felt that the specialist should not remember in great detail about his betrayals and adventures.

However, there were those who stood up for him.

For example, RT author Elena Vaitsekhovskaya called Zhulin's autobiography honest.

“And he actually wrote it himself.

From those few initial chapters that he sent me to ask for an opinion on whether to continue, I saw how difficult the process was for him.

This, by the way, is another touch that makes the book valuable.

Well, the fact that someone may not like the wrong side of figure skating life, usually hidden from outside observers, is their problem, ”Vaitsekhovskaya wrote in Telegram.

Valieva's speech

The figure skaters who are part of the Russian Olympic team are currently fully focused on preparing for the main sporting event of the four years.

However, some of them find time for unexpected pleasant moments.

So, Kamila Valieva, who became the European champion, received a copy of the painting “Girl on the Ball” as a gift from the artist Alexander Sadykov.

It was with this image of the famous work of Pablo Picasso that the young figure skater previously performed in the short program.

“I received an amazing, unexpected and very pleasant gift yesterday from the artist Alexander Sadykov.

Now the "Girl on the Ball" will always be by my side!

Thank you for such beauty,” Valieva thanked for the present.

A few days later, the young athlete was also in the spotlight during an online meeting of Russian Olympians with Vladimir Putin.

The figure skater addressed the President of the country with a speech.

In it, she, a little embarrassed, thanked the coaches and members of the medical staff.

“We have been given all the conditions to prepare for the Olympic Games.

Thanks to everyone who created these conditions and helped us.

I hope we will justify their trust.

We will try to show our best results and win as many medals for Russia as possible. I also want to wish good luck to all the athletes of our Olympic team.

May everyone's dreams come true!

Valieva emphasized.

In response, Putin wished the athletes success in China.

Admiration for Tuktamysheva

Russian skaters, indeed, delight the whole world, including rivals from other countries.

Often they do not hesitate to admire their skill.

For example, Tara Prasad, playing for India, admitted that her idol is Elizaveta Tuktamysheva, and she tries to be like her.

“She has been performing for so many years.

She's 25, right?

And everyone is so young.

And she fights with them, tries again and again, ”Sport-Express quotes the words of the sportswoman.

Prasad also admitted that she had heard a lot about the work of Eteri Tutberidze and expressed a desire to visit her training camp.

And Misha Mitrofanov, who, together with Audrey Lou, defends the colors of the US national team, said that Russian duets in a good sense of the word “kill” each other in competition, thereby becoming stronger.

“We are all so kind, smiling, laughing.

I'm not saying that Russians are not kind.

But they just "kill" each other!

And that's why they're so awesome.

We try to strive for this, change our brain to be at the same level.

We have Russian coaches, this is also useful, ”said the athlete.

According to Mitrofanov, he had a chance to work for three weeks under the guidance of Tamara Moskvina, and he will never forget this experience.

New addition to the Duhamel family

Also, not a single week in the world of figure skating is complete without news about the replenishment in the family of one or the other athlete.

The 2018 Olympic champion Megan Duhamel announced the imminent addition.

She wrote that in July, together with her husband, the famous coach Bruno Marcotte, they are expecting the birth of their second child.

The couple already has a daughter, Zoe.

And the Russian figure skater Elizaveta Khudaiberdieva pleased subscribers with the news of the wedding.

She posted a photo with a wedding ring on her finger on Instagram stories.
