The day after the victory of the French handball team at the Euro, against the Netherlands, Guillaume Gille, the coach of the Blues, tested positive for Covid-19 and will miss the meeting against Iceland, Saturday (6 p.m.).
The tricolor coach is the second member of the France team to be infected during the competition, after defender Karl Konan, who tested positive on Tuesday.
Nine other French players present at the Euro had the Covid before their departure for Hungary.
We must now hope that the coach has not contaminated all of his troops.
