Sweden was drawn against the Czech Republic in the preliminary playoff semifinal which will be played at Friends arena in March.

Both Zlatan Ibrahimovic and Emil Krafth are missing for the match, as both are suspended.

But now comes the good news.

The eight warned players, who until now risked missing a possible playoff final, will get rid of the yellow cards.

This was confirmed by the Italian Football Federation today.

A welcome message, Stefan Pettersson tells Fotbollskanalen.

- We got it today.

They (Zlatan Ibrahimovic and Emil Krafth) are suspended, but they are the ones who have a warning whose yellow cards disappear.

Otherwise, they could have received a warning in match one and then been suspended, but that will not be the case now, says the national team manager and continues:

- It's completely true, it's about getting to a World Cup, the biggest there is, and then it should be sportingly fair.

All participating countries were behind this, so it was good that they changed this.

Sweden meets the Czech Republic on March 24.

In a possible final, which will be played on March 29, either Russia or Poland are waiting.

Sweden would play that match away from home.
