The Djokovic family today broadcast a live press conference on Youtube from Belgrade - to celebrate and show their support for Novak, who today was able to train for the first time since he arrived in Melbourne on Wednesday.

- We are here to celebrate our son who learned to speak the truth and stand for justice.

He has not broken any of Australia's laws but has been harassed.

He had been given a visa to go and win tournaments.

These five, six days we have fought for him, to make his voice heard, mother Dijana continues.

Novak Djokovic has been guarded at a refugee hotel.

- In some cases he has not even had his mobile and we have not had contact with him, did not know how he had it or if he could eat properly at the so-called hotel, the mother says Dijana Djokovic.

- He has been deprived of all his rights and this is a great gain for freedom of expression and free thinking throughout the world.

He has respected all requirements and the only thing he wants is to do his job, which is to play tennis, says the father.

- He has been banned for several years but has stuck to his principles and his freedom.

Justice and the truth have come out before a whole world.

I'm really happy that justice prevails and that we can continue, says the brother.
