World No.1 Novak Djokovic on Monday reaffirmed his desire to participate in the Australian Open (January 17-30) as his family revealed in Belgrade that the tennis star immediately trained after his spectacular legal victory against the Australian government.

"I want to stay and try to compete in the Australian Open," he told Novak Djokovic on Twitter after a judge ordered his release from the detention center he had been placed in upon his arrival in Melbourne following the cancellation of his visa.

I'm pleased and grateful that the Judge overturned my visa cancellation.
