Djokovic, who has refused to be vaccinated, tried to enter Australia on the 5th, saying he had received a 'vaccine exemption' from Victoria, where the Australian Open is being held.

However, the Australian government revoked Djokovic's visa and denied entry, saying Djokovic's documents were insufficient.

Djokovic, locked up in a hotel and facing deportation, filed a lawsuit.

He claimed that he was subject to the vaccine exemption set by the Australian government because he was diagnosed with COVID-19 last month.

Amid the protests of Djokovic fans, the Australian Circuit Court ordered the immediate release of Djokovic today (10th), after five days of detention.

The Australian government is accepting because Djokovic has submitted all the documents required by the organizers to be exempted from vaccination.

However, the Australian government is announcing a tough response, saying that the Minister of Immigration may deny Djokovic's entry through the authority of the Minister of Immigration.

Djokovic has yet to comment on the court ruling.
