RC Strasbourg won the Eastern Derby in Metz this Sunday (2-0).
It is the third victory in a row for Racing against the Lorraine neighbor.
A first for more than forty years.
“We mastered almost from start to finish […] We didn't concede anything in the second half,” summed up the Alsatian coach.
More than forty years since that had not happened… We had to go back to the 1979-1980 season to find traces of RC Strasbourg's third straight victory against FC Metz.

He had just seen his team be dominated in large widths for nearly ninety minutes.
