Remove the Mohamed Salah sign from inside the Zamalek club!

The Egyptian club Zamalek removed a banner bearing the name of the star of the Egyptian national team and Liverpool, Mohamed Salah, in one of its internal arenas, for fear that the player would sue the club for using his name without obtaining his prior permission, according to the Egyptian Al-Ahram website.

And the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Zamalek Club, Counselor Mortada Mansour, decided last December to name one of the club’s gardens, Mohamed Salah, in honor of him for what he provided during his career, before deciding to remove the banner for fear of suing the club.

It is noteworthy that Zamalek used to honor football icons by calling their names on gardens and facilities inside the club, such as Mahmoud Abdel Razek “Shikabala”, Tariq Hamed and Reda Abdel Aal, before he named Salah one of his gardens.
