Pitcher Yasuaki Yamasaki, who is aiming to return to closer with professional baseball and DeNA, announced his voluntary training in Kanagawa Prefecture and stated his enthusiasm, "I want to compete with pitchers aiming for closer and win the position."

Pitcher Yamazaki has won the title with the most saves for the second consecutive year since 2018, but he turned from a slump to a middle pitcher in the middle of the season, and pitched in 60 games last season with 3 wins, 2 losses, 1 save and 27 holds. I left a grade.

This year, aiming to return to restraint, on the 6th, we released the voluntary training that we started in Atsugi City, Kanagawa Prefecture to the press.

In the annual mountain climbing at an altitude of 284 meters, we climbed a steep road with a light footstep and arrived at the summit in about 30 minutes.

After that, I moved to the ground and played catch at a distance of about 40 meters with Kazuki Mishima, who was mainly in the 10th year, and Hiromu Ise, who was in the 3rd year aiming for a closer position last season. I ran and sweated.

Pitcher Yamazaki said, "I was able to train while stimulating each other with the pitcher aiming for closer. I want to compete, win the position, and pull the pitchers."
