As reported on the website of the army team, Valery Bragin, who has led the team for the last one and a half seasons, has been transferred to the position of head coach.

And Alexander Titov will become the assistant to the head coach of SKA-1946.

Rotenberg has been with SKA since 2011.

Most recently, he has served as the club's vice president and chief of staff.

In May 2019, Rotenberg graduated from the Higher School of Coaches of the Omsk Siberian State University of Physical Culture and Sports. 

This season SKA ranks second in the KHL Western Conference standings.
