Al-Zarouni identified “four important steps that the different clubs must follow to make the transfer period successful, including ensuring the integrity of the papers and documents related to the player’s contract, as well as the safety of the player’s medical examinations, in addition to expediting the clubs to carry out their registration and registration processes, and not waiting until the last moment for the end of The transfer period, so as not to confuse the clubs themselves and the work of the committee,” noting that all transactions related to registration and registration of players are done electronically and not manually.

Al-Zarouni told «Emirates Today»: "The clubs have an appropriate period to carry out registration and registration operations for players, starting from the fifth of this month until the first of next February, and the clubs must be ready to open the transfer window to end their operations."

He explained that the timing of registration operations in the "Mercato" will be daily during the period specified for that, between nine in the morning and five in the evening.
