[Beijing Winter Olympics] The giant ice ring to welcome the Winter Olympics unveiled on the Songhua River
Recently, the 4th Harbin Songhua River Ice and Snow Carnival with the theme of "Happy Ice and Snow, Embrace the Winter Olympics" opened to welcome guests.
On the icy surface of the Harbin section of the Songhua River, a giant ice ring was also officially unveiled.
This year's Harbin Songhua River Ice and Snow Carnival takes the Olympic ring shape as the enclosure of entertainment projects. The overall planning area is 1.4 million square meters, making the broad Songhua River the carrier of many ice and snow entertainment projects.
As an excellent place for the masses to experience the Winter Olympics, the Harbin Songhua River Ice and Snow Carnival will also set up curling, ice hockey, skate skating rinks and other representative Winter Olympic experience projects that the masses can participate in to stimulate the citizens' enthusiasm for participating in ice and snow sports.
