In tune with the times for a few days, Jonathan Ikoné's departure from FIorentina was formalized by Lille this Friday morning.
"Losc confirms the total agreement with Fiorentina for the transfer of Jonathan Ikoné (23) to the Serie A club, it is written in the press release.
The French international will sign there definitively on January 3, 2022, the opening date of the Italian transfer window.
However, he was cleared to join Italy beforehand in order to participate in the resumption of training for Fiorentina.

Trained at PSG then passed through Montpellier, the attacking midfielder arrived in the North in 2018. French champion last season, now international (4 selections, 1 goal), he will have played 150 matches in the Lille jersey (16 goals and 26 assists).
His contract expired in 2023.
"Jonathan Ikoné is preparing to live a new experience in his career by joining the Italian Serie A in which he will cross paths with his friends Mike Maignan and Fodé Ballo-Touré," adds the northern club.
Le Losc thank him for everything he has brought to the club during these three and a half seasons and wish him the best for the rest of his career.
