Gulf FC beat its host Masfout 2-0, scored by Mohamed Abibo and Abdullah Musk, bringing Gulf's tally to 14 points and Masfout 12 points.
Al-Jazira Al-Hamra defeated its host Al-Dhaid 3-2, scored by the Brazilian Kwame Fabrik, his compatriot Hugo Alexander and Al-Aji Benny Obeid, while the Egyptian Hossam Lotfi and the Brazilian Tariq Lucas scored for Al-Jazira Al-Hamra 11 points against 10 for Al-Dhaid.
