23-year-old Eric Rosjö was just over four minutes behind the winner Iiivo Niskanen in the 15 kilometer classic.

Rosjö finished 76th and was hardly happy after the race.

- I chose to stake, I thought it could be a good choice.

It stood still uphill and I was torn downhill.

You should have chosen differently?

- Yes, I should.

It was a wrong decision by me, says Rösjo.

"The track became glue"

He continues:

- The body still feels completely okay.

But it was as if a layer of snow had settled under the skis and the track had become glue.

I barely made progress.

It's sour.

"The worst race of the season"

Even Viktor Brännmark, who went even heavier and came 78th, also dissatisfied afterwards.

- I'm damn disappointed.

I had hoped for more.

This is the worst race of the season for me.

He also had problems getting to the competition - and was pushed by SVT experts Jacob Hård and Anders Blomquist.

- It was nice.

We had interesting conversations, Brännmark smiles.
