Strong Färjestad went to a mine on Tuesday night.
The team from Karlstad lost 0–8 at home to Luleå.
The guests opened the scoring in the first period, increased to 3-0 in the second and then nailed the event again in the third.
Got a match penalty
For Färjestad's Oscar Lawner, the evening became even darker.
He was forced to leave the ice, match penalty, after a head tackle on Luleå's Sami Lepistö in the second period.
Lepistö remained lying on the ice, but was later able to get up.
It is noteworthy that Luleå's 20-year-old forward Radek Muzik scored his first goal of the season.
