4 professionals from the Swedish league make the first appearance in the list of the Syrian national team

The Syrian coach, Romanian Tita Valerio, summoned four professionals from the Swedish League, Matthias Behnan, Mark Gerges, Almar Ibrahim and Sherko Shehab, to join the list of the "Nour Qasioun" team, along with 32 players who were invited to enter the internal camp in the Syrian capital, Damascus. And it runs until January 30th.

The Syrian team's list included Khaled Hajji Othman, Ibrahim Alama, Shaher Al-Shaker, Ahmed Madania in goalkeeping, Amr Janyat, Ahmed Al-Khasi, Ahmed Al-Saleh, Ahmed Hadid, Saad Ahmed, Yasser Shaheen, Al-Laith Ali, Abdul Razzaq Al-Mohammed, Muhammad Sehyoni, Hamza Al-Kurdi. Muhammad Alati, Kamel Hamisheh, Khalil Ibrahim, Tamer Al-Hajj Muhammad, Sobhi Shofan, Abdel Qader Uday, Khaled Koujali, Muhammad Rihaniya, Ahmed Hatem, Moanes Abu Amsha, Mustafa Sheikh Youssef, Nasouh Nakadli, Mustafa Junaid, Fawaz Bawadakji, Kamel Kawaya, Mahmoud Al-Aswad, Ali Bashmani, and Ammar Ramadan, who in turn come from Hungary, in addition to the four new professionals from the Swedish League.

In press statements published by the Syrian media, including the "Snak" news website, Valerio confirmed that the goal of the camp lies in giving the opportunity to players who have good qualifications to represent the national team.

He said: The camp is an opportunity to prove to the players their ability to represent the national team in the future, and their experience before playing the remaining matches of the 2022 World Cup qualifiers.
