In 2013, Grenemark commented on biathlon together with Christer Ulfbåge.

Now he is making a comeback in the box where he will both be heard commenting from the races in and seen in the Winter Studio.

- I had the privilege of jumping in and you do not say no to that.

It is always just as fun to get the chance, says Kalle Grenemark to SVT Sport.

Even though it was eight years ago last, biathlon is a part of Kalle Grenemark's life.

On a daily basis, he is a coach at the biathlon high school in Boden.

This weekend, competitions await from French Annecy, where he hopes for more Swedish successes.

- It's always exciting.

The women's team is doing very well right now and it's not just about the Öberg sisters.

The whole team is in the top 20. On the men's side, Sebastian Samuelsson does well all the time.

If Martin Ponsiluoma can get the shot, he is a candidate for the podium, says Kalle Grenemark.

Illness in the family makes up for it

Helena Ekholm, who usually comments, has had an illness in the family, which puts a stop to her this time.

- The reason for the temporary incursion is that Helena Ekholm has winter vomiting in the family and despite the fact that she has not been affected, we do not want to take any risks with regard to the safety of our other staff.

And Björn Ferry could not replace as he had booked something else this weekend, says Marcus Törngren, project manager Vinterstudion.

- Kalle Grenemark is an excellent replacement.

He has an enormous routine, not least as an expert commentator, and then he also still follows biathlon very closely.

Kalle is also a wonderful person with great charisma, who says what he thinks.

And you like that, of course.

I think viewers will welcome Kalle nicely this weekend!
