The SHL meeting between Linköping and Oskarshamn was interrupted on Thursday due to a large pit in the ice.

Instead, the decision was made to play the two remaining periods, from the position 1-1, tonight.

When the match ended today, Linköping was the clearly better team and could finally win 6-2.

And it was seven dream minutes at the end of the second period that laid the foundation for the victory.

Russell two-goal shooter

Oskarshamn certainly took the lead before the home team woke up.

Then they went from 1-2 to 4-2 in less than seven minutes after goals from Benjamin Maxwell, Alexander Johansson and Patrick Russell.

After two more goals in the third period, the final score was finally written to 6-2.

Patrick Russell scored his second goal of the day in the final minutes.
