Olympic foursome Patricia Strenius impressed a lot at the World Weightlifting Championships in Tashkent, Uzbekistan.
On Monday, she had to step up on the podium when she secured double World Cup bronze.
She managed 104 kilos in jerks, which is also a Swedish record in the 71-kilo class.
The result was enough for a third place.
In shock, she finished in fifth place where she took a total weight of 231 kilos.
It is also a Swedish record in the weight class.
Thus, there were double bronze medals when the total weight in the elements was added up.
The Swede's bronze medals are Sweden's first in the WC context since Leif Nilsson's gold in jerk from the 1978 WC.
