Picked by Robin Lehner: "Be the last resort"

After three conceded goals on ten shots, the Swedish goalkeeper Robin Lehner was replaced in the Vegas Golden Knights meeting with the Dallas Stars.

It was in the middle of the second period and Vegas was down 1-3.

In came the second goalkeeper Laurent Brossoit and the move was successful.

"Suffering with him"

Vegas came to life and finally won 5-4.

- We needed a spark, says Vegas coach Peter DeBoer, according to AP, about the goalkeeper change.

He continues:

- I suffer with him (Lehner) but you can not put everything on the goalkeeper.

Switching was the last resort for me.

I do not change goalkeeper very often.

But I felt it was the right thing to do tonight.

30-year-old Lehner has a save percentage of 90 this season and is in 15th place in the NHL's goalkeeping league.
